A career across cultures

An international career.
A considered perspective.

My academic career has been shaped by sustained engagement with students, colleagues and ideas across cultures. It includes around 23 years at City University of Hong Kong, approximately a decade in programme leadership, and subsequent university teaching in Germany and the United Kingdom.

My interests connect the human and analytical dimensions of management: how people lead, how organisations adapt and how evidence informs judgement. Across teaching, research and professional collaboration, I seek to make complex ideas accessible without losing their depth.
